Are you looking for a varied project-based role? My client is a long-established, small, ventilation contracting business with just 7 staff and family run.
If you would like a typically office-based (but not always) project management / contracts management based role, then this job could be for you!
The role:
You along with colleagues will coordinate and manage multiple simultaneous installations
You be required to produce 2D CAD drawings - layout installation drawings
You will liaise with customers to deliver their projects ensuring quality, budget, and time-scales are met.
You will assist with producing detailed quotes, RAMS and other Health and safety documentation for each project
Site visits are required to survey, measure up, and to plan the smooth running of each installation with the main client/contractor
You will be required to work on ISO9001 quality management documentation
Carryout occasional Toolbox talks with sub-contractors
Office hours 8:30 am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

You MUST already be local and available long-term.
Graduate Mechanical Engineer or similar i.e. Building Services, Civil Engineer, Aerospace Engineer
CAD drawing ability essential
Driving licence
Smart and presentable
Package:
£25K - £30K salary
Use of company car for business-related journeys/site visits
Pension scheme, private healthcare
20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays + Christmas week shutdown.
