Graduate Landscape Architect Job in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear

Our client is a multidisciplinary AJ100 who now has a Graduate Landscape Architect job available This role offers a very competitive package of up to �30,000 annually, a yearly bonus, and international team trips.

They currently have a team of 10 in their Landscape Department in Newcastle working on a range of projects including Education, Healthcare, Public realm regeneration, and Offices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work at all stages of projects and a variety of project sectors
• Deliver high-quality results to agreed deadlines and cost
• Work with the Landscape team to develop and deliver design solutions
• Ensure all relevant regulations and standards are met
• Develop concepts and ideas
• Coordinate and communicate with the team to deliver projects from concept to completion.

Required Skills & Experience

• Good capability to develop and produce technical design packages
• Relevant Landscape Architecture degree
• Strong conceptual landscape and public realm design skills
• Ability to work from the production of detailed design packages to delivering projects to the site
• Experience working across all RIBA stages including project running team leading and consultant liaison
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required for this role
• The ability to use Revit would be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
