Their staff members also undertake examinations and progression through the Charted Institute of Insurance (CII) and other professional bodies dependent on the role.Our client is looking to recruit a high calibre graduate with excellent communication looking to establish a permanent career within their Intervention team and be part of the exciting future of this organisation.This team is the first point of contact for all cases coming through. As a member of this team, you will be allocated cases to manage and determine all facts are correct. It will also be your responsibility to decide which members of other teams will need to be allocated work and who you need to communicate with. You will keep track on each case until completion and eventually follow up with a call where the NPS (Net Promotor Score) is managed with emphasis on exceptional customer service.You will deal with a variety of different clients, ensuring you receive the full information and provide advice and information to your clients on the process involved.
