Graduate Financial Consultant - Accounts Receivable

START DATE: IMMEDIATELY Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Graduate to join our client's finance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field to gain valuable experience and kick-start their career in finance. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment discrepancies in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with other departments to resolve any billing or payment issues. Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts receivable as needed. Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
