Graduate Engineering Geologist, Chelmsford, Essex

Excellent opportunity to join a well established company offering good advancement opportunities coupled with on going training.

The role and responsibilities will include trail pitting, site supervision of cable percussive, rotary & window sampling drilling rigs (all in house) logging of soils & rock samples, together with factual reporting. You will also be responsible for short & long term monitoring of slopes, gas and ground water regimes on our infrastructural projects, together with the database management. The position will be based at the Essex depot on a full time basis.

In return, they will provide the candidate with Rail, LUL and client specific training & accreditation, �20 days holiday (excluding a two week shut down over Christmas). All bank holidays are paid and after six months service the engineer will be open to join the company pension scheme. They also put our engineers through IOSH Safe Supervision Of Geotechnical Sites at 4 day coarse after 12 months successful service.

You will require a full clean driving license, be available to work away from home for short and long periods of time.
