Location : London / Remote (2 days onsite)
Salary : £30,000 - £40,000, Bonus, Pension

ARCA is partnered with a rapidly scaling renewable energy business seeking to expand its team by hiring a Service Manager (Graduate Electrical Engineer). The position with suit an Electrical Engineering graduate, ideally with some commercial experience but new graduates that demonstrate the relevant skills will also be considered. The Service Manager will oversee post-sales service support in the UK and Europe, ensuring it surpasses performance benchmarks and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will offer technical assistance after product delivery, working alongside diverse stakeholders to ensure top-tier customer service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Organise and arrange commissioning tasks and schedules
Collaborate with engineering and project managers to ensure a smooth transition for customer handover
Serve as the main liaison for customers regarding service
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Enhance and upkeep the ticketing system to effectively capture, manage, and track customer service requests
Generate reports and analyse data extracted from the ticketing system
Guarantee adherence to SLA response times
Conduct remote monitoring of installations to optimise power generation.
Experienced required:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
Experience of using PowerBI or similar (Desirable)
Strong customer focus
MS Office suite
