Graduate Buyer

Location: Watford

Salary: �22,000 - �25,000 Basic + Great Commission scheme (�30,000+ OTE)

Summary:

At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Graduate Buyer to join a Global Supply and Logistics Provider. The role focuses on providing advice and support on a range of products to support and meet Client requirements. From providing Clients with quotes, to negotiating with suppliers and analysing Client requests from a technical perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, alongside prior experience in a sales-focused environment. They will also benefit from having excellent communication and negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail. Prior Buying experience, isn't essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Clients and Suppliers, providing technical support for them as necessary.
• Analyse client requests and projects from a technical lens
• Analyse and, where necessary, challenge quotes from Suppliers
• Work to ensure all sales targets are met
• Help to technically manage large projects
• Liaise with various departments throughout the business

Key Skills/Experience:

• Keen to enter a career in a sales-focused environment, or already have experience in this environment
• Strong educational background in English, Maths or business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written alongside a great telephone manner
• A keen eye for detail and confident problem-solving ability
