Role: Graduate Business Development Representative
Location: London, New Malden
Salary: £30,000 + OTE (uncapped)
The Package:
£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

Saville Assessment is an award-winning global organisation that develops rigorous and work-relevant measurement tools which have transformed traditional approaches to assessment. They have a wide and exciting customer portfolio including Local Government, HR Consultancies and Executive Search Firms. Due to rapid expansion and continued company success, they are currently looking for ambitious individuals to join their UK team to drive new business opportunities.
Day to Day responsibilities:
Responsible for proactive and creative outreach of key stakeholders using various prospecting methods including phone, email, Linkedin and networking at events
Follow a consultative questioning process when engaging and promoting the company’s products, ultimately leading to a full 360 sales cycle
Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that the solution provides
Maintain accurate and current information on prosects and interaction activities in the company CRM systems
Develop excellent prospect relationships leading to the growth of new business accounts
About you:
Recent degree-level graduate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to develop genuine relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues
The ability to be consultative and curious when speaking with prospects and customers
Hardworking, determined individuals
Ambitious, self-starter equipped with tenacity, resilience and integrity
Thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against agreed KPI’s
Strong communicator, with a desire to understand and implement sales principles
