Our client, a multi-disciplined practice is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to work as part of their internal Asset Managment team covering the Northwest region..

This is due to the clients expanding workload.

We require an ambitious individual to be part of a busy office to work on a variety of interesting projects.

As a Building Surveyor, your role will be to work alongside Senior Building Surveyors in designing and managing projects and professional work.

The main duties will include condition surveys, report writing, preparing funding bids, preparing budget estimates, producing specifications for tender issue, planning, and building regulations applications��from initial inception through the design and procurement process and project delivery on site.

Building Surveyor Position Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying 12 months +

Experience Confidence in client-facing role

UK driving licence is essential

Strong AutoCad knowledge
