Graduate Building Surveyor

Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in Dartford, are currently seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join them due to continue growth. This an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking to build a career with building surveying as they will be working closely alongside the managing director.

In this position you will be carrying out a variety of building surveying duties around the London, Kent and Surrey area.

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Overview

Undertaking a range of traditional building surveying services, including:

• Building design
• Refurbishment & Renovation
• Surveys for lease condition
• Dilapidations & Party wall matters
• Expert witness
• Defects investigation & diagnosis

Other duties to be discussed as required

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• RICS accredited degree in building surveying
• Full driving license
• Ambition to become pursue to APC

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: �25k - �35k DOE
• 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown
• APC Support
