About the job
We are looking to hire Graduate Account Managers to join our Sales and Customer Partnership teams.
All our graduates start their careers in our in-house academy. We'll help build your knowledge of the automotive industry, so you don't need to love cars to work here. Working with our talented Account Managers and Account Directors you will develop commercial insight and sales techniques that are vital to success in the role.
You'll be working with retail customers over the phone and face to face. Like any customer focussed, sales environment, there are commercial targets and KPI's. At times, you'll have challenging conversations. For these conversations your resilience, tenacity and excellent communication skills will be essential.
You'll undertake a number of rotations within the Sales area of Auto Trader where you will spend time learning how our different teams operate. Each rotation will help build your knowledge and experience to lay the foundations for your future career at Autotrader.
Our graduate program has a duration of 24 months. However, this is a permanent position with a clear career pathway to grow a career at Auto Trader.
Our graduate programme starts on the 7th October 2024.
What we're looking for
You'll be a recent graduate in any degree discipline (or hold a level 6 qualification) and be excited by our values-driven culture
You will have a passion for customer service and be driven by achieving commercial goals
You'll enjoy building relationships and shaping digital change both over the phone and face to face
You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to story tell and influence using data and insight
You'll have the ability to adapt and learn within an ever-changing landscape
You'll be numerate and analytical. We would like to see your experience in collecting, analysing, and presenting data in a meaningful and engaging way
