£25, 000PA + BONUS £30 - 32, 000

Barlow Wood Recruitment are proud to be working with this company again to find them another Graduate Account Manager to add to the team.  You will work in Partnership with a Senior Account Director assisting them with the day to day management of their high value accounts.   

You will be on hand as a point of contact for clients, building rapport and really cementing the relationship.  This role requires a great sense of humour, organisational skills and the occasional creative flair!

The role

- Fully supporting the Account Director and working in Partnership to manage a portfolio of accounts

- Proactively building and maintaining client relationships - booking meetings, managing referrrals, making welcome calls

- Encouraging referrals through phone, emails, social media and the occasional face to face meeting

- Creating and running incentives for clients such as pizza Fridays etc.. 

- Keeping an up to date knowledge of products and industry trends

- Updating the CRM system

Required

- You will need to be educated to Degree level

- A confident communicator - with a genuine passion for all things customer service

- Organised

- A sense of fun
