GP Partner with mutually agreed introductory Salaried period – Park Edge PracticeGP Partner with mutually agreed introductory Salaried period required for training Practice in North East Leedsare looking for a warm and caring GP who still gets excited about their job and wants to be part of an enthusiastic team. You will have excellent clinical skills and a holistic approach to patient care, and you will be a natural communicator with patients and colleagues alike. You must be prepared to continue to develop and expand our Practice while putting patient care and staff wellbeing at the centre of everything we do, and beyond that, be proactive in maintaining our great relationships at a PCN and Local Care Partnership level.The role:5-7 sessions (Monday working required) Portfolio GP’s welcome.6 week holiday entitlement and 1 week study leave (pro-rata)Dedicated protected paperwork time included in sessionsLimited clinical correspondence workload due to established practice processesSubscriptions reimbursementAbout us:SystmOne practiceGMS Practice with a list size of 5800 patients in a mixed suburban areaModern purpose-built premises with ample staff parkingWe have been CQC inspected and rated as GoodHigh achieving practice for QoF and our local Quality Improvement SchemeWeekly clinical team meetings including palliative care, significant events and safeguarding.A full complement of reception and admin staff who use care navigation to triage appointment requests to the most appropriate clinician or service.Attached staff include: Community Midwife & Primary Care Mental Health Workers.We have strong and committed relationships with South East Leeds GP Federation Group as well as our neighbouring Seacroft Primary Care Network (PCN) practices which include Foundry Lane Surgery, Oakwood Lane Medical Practice and Windmill Health Centre.
