The role:
As a key member of the development team and working with the Construction Safety & Resilience team, PMO Reporting Manager and Risk Manager, you will be responsible for providing insights on health, safety, fire safety, and resilience, to facilitate effective performance reviews, and the creation of tactical and strategic improvements related to construction, at both a local airport level and group wide. Moreover, you will lead on and support MAG-wide business objectives by tracking, coordinating, and reporting on the progress of improvement plans, internal and external audits and other assurance programmes, and corporate / operational risks.
What will make you successful in the role?
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in health and safety, data analysis, and reporting. You will be comfortable working in a hybrid setting, using various systems and tools to collaborate with your team and stakeholders. You will also have experience in an analyst role within a large complex organisation (at least 3 years) and be able to self-manage your own priorities and deadlines.
It would be desirable for you to have a Level 3 health and safety qualification, such as NVQ, IOSH or NEBOSH, and a good understanding of management systems and assurance processes. You will also be proficient in using databases such as, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other analytics and reporting tools, and able to develop and implement performance metrics and governance indicators.
