We are looking for a temp to perm Governance Business Partner to join the team of a well established housing association in the Lincolnshire area. This role is offering hybrid working, flexible start times and the opportunity to grow within a rewarding company.Governance Business PartnerMon - Fri/ 37 hrsTemp to permLincoln ( between Boston and Grimbsy)£20-22ph via umbrella/ £32160 per annum As a Governance Business Partner, you will be a key part in the team delivering an efficent governance service. Your core responsibilities will be:Delivvering governance support to the board and committee's.Coordinating meetings, supporting member recruitment and onboarding and ensuring ongoing development.Supporting colleagues in their corporate governance responsibilities such as maintenance and monitoring of the governance frameowrk to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.Providing support to the data protection business partenrt and wider governance teamTo be succesful as a Governance Business Partner, you will have:Excellent verbal and communication skillsCustomer focussed with good interpersonal skillsThe ability to work as part of a team and to work on own initiativeGood understanding of Microsoft office 365Previous governance, legal or social housing experienceIf you are interested in this Governance Business Partner position, please apply directly to this advert
