We are currently working with a leading supplies specialist based in the Leeds area. They are looking to add a Goods Out Team Leader to their ever-expanding team.Main responsibilities:
* Ensuring the accurate, timely, efficient distribution of all our orders to our customer base.
* Management of all aspects of goods out.
* Monitoring and recording team members performance. Supporting them when required.
* Monitoring pick accuracy and addressing any errors
* Assisting with picking during key periods
* Liaising and assisting with Goods In / Stock Control / Transport duties when required
* Setting up the shift with order (and back orders)
* Making sure replenishments are caught and handed to goods in for efficient picking flow
* Ensuring individual KPIs are met as well as the companies gold standard.The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment.
* At least 2 years supervisory experience.
* Have goods out experienceThe hours are 2pm to 12pm (Can leave at 10pm if all works are completed). The hourly rate is £13ph to £14ph.This really is an amazing company that offer a lot in the way of progression.If you are interested please contact immediately
