Goods Inwards Inspector

All Square Recruitment are recruiting for a Goods Inwards Inspector for a reputable electronics company based in Maldon, Essex. 

Responsibilities and duties 

To communicate with manufacturing, engineering and account managers to ensure that work is completed on time and that any delays are reported to customers/clients. You will be inspecting deliveries, verifying specifications, and documenting any discrepancies.

Duties will include ..

• Programming 3D and 2D AOI


• Visual Inspection of surface mount and through hole components


• Sign off of certificates of conformity


• Assisting quality control investigations


• Ensuring that all products leaving the premises conform to customer specification and are built to the standards dictated in IPC-A-610


• General paperwork 


• Managing processes to ensure a high degree of quality throughout


• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Experience Required

Certified to IPC-A-610 with knowledge of a wide range of electronic components and experience in visual inspection. Experience in reading and interpreting drawings. To display good communication skills with colleague and potentially customers. 

Shift details 

40 hours per week - Can be flexible with working hours

Core hours - 9am till 4:30pm
