Goods In Supervisor

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Permanent Goods In Supervisor for our client based in Leeds.The Goods In Supervisor will be responsible for a team of 5 Operatives managing the Goods In department. Deliveries are made via Containers, 3rd Party Logistics & Shunts from their other warehouse, also based in Leeds.Shift Patterns:6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS!) with a 30 minute break.You will be responsible for:Receiving and Supervising Goods InEnsuring stock is correctly put away into designated areas by yourself and your teamEnsure all stock is checked in and booked in correctlyChecking pallets received to paperworkManaging the shunt deliveries from our other WarehousesDriving the forkliftWorking with the team to ensure goods are unloaded carefullyRecording damagesTraining & Developing Team MembersLiaising with the Warehouse Manager Your experience to qualify for the role:ReliableExperience supervising teamsWilling to go the extra mileUsed to working under pressure and to deadlinesCounterbalance licenceTeam playerSalary:£29,000 per annumThe Recruitment Co are an equal opportunities employerCPManchesterGSThe Recruitment Co. is an equal opportunities employer and we're committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
