Negotiable (Basic + Performance based Bonuses)Global VP of Sales (B2B Saas) at VoucherCart As market-leading Voucher & Gift Card technology provider, VoucherCart is seeking to hire a Global VP of Sales to develop the sales function within the business.
Working directly with the CEO and reporting to the Board of Directors you will be responsible for ongoing strategic review and execution of a Global sales plan to include:
Formulation and sign-off of Sales Strategy within the context of the wider Business Plan.
Proposal of Quarterly plans to achieve identified targets
Hiring, organising, training, and supervising an international sales team.
Review, update, and documentation of existing sales processes.
Monthly sales reporting to CEO and Board of Directors.
Candidate Experience Requirements
You will be a sales leader with the following experience:
Board-level reporting and sales advisory.
Sales operation hiring, scaling, and management within a Global B2B SaaS business.
B2B SaaS sales team strategy formulation.
Sales Training, mentoring, and leadership.
SWOT Analysis and strategic and commercial opportunity evaluation.
Global technology partnering, integrations, and deal commercialisation advisory.
Enterprise C-Suite-level Deal closing experience (presentation, communication, and advisory)
Candidate General Requirements
Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or higher in technical, computing, and business or related fields.
Native English speaker with 1st class communication and organisational skills.
A deep understanding of sales planning, and sales process engineering to include, market analysis and segmentation, key metrics, prospect data acquisition and cleaning, CRMs, outreach email and LinkedIn automation, sales funnel, ABM, etc.
Digital marketing and advertising strategy formulation and execution.
Commercially astute, you will be capable of understanding global technology ecosystems, partnerships, integrations, deal formulation, and execution.
You will have a demonstrated track record of success in:
Sales team head-hunting/hiring, mentoring, and leadership.
Data analysis and system/process optimisation.
Relationship building
ICP definition, data acquisition, prospecting, and prospect qualification and classification.
Sales funnel optimisation
Sales task segmentation, delegation, and management.
Customer relationship management
Budgeting and forecasting
Cost measurement and control
KPI definition and sales team accountability
Reporting and communication
Salary & Benefits
Salary - Negotiable Basic + Performance-based bonus.
Location: Edinburgh Office Base + Hybrid/Remote
Working Hours: 09.30 - 17.30 BST
