Purpose of the Role:
As a Global Talent Marketing Partner at ZEISS, you will join as an integral part of the Global Talent Attraction Team and its growing operations, leading and supporting recruitment marketing initiatives within The Hub. You will be developing strategies for attracting and retaining talent worldwide for ZEISS.
You will lead and contribute to attract top tier talent to ZEISS with creating and implementing compelling recruitment marketing campaigns, targeted at potential candidates leveraging various channels like social media, job boards, events etc. To support your informed decision making, you will be expected to monitor and analyse market trends and competitor strategies to inform your approach.
Key Objectives and Requirements of the Role:
Developing targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to engage and convert passive candidates.
Expanding talent pipelines by leveraging diverse sourcing channels and strategies.
Strengthening collaboration between Talent Attraction and Hiring Communities to align talent acquisition goals.
Monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Required Knowledge & Experience
Must have:
Proven experience in performance and online marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms and analytics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and regions.
Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic global environment.
Desirable:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
