iVentiv are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales person who is confident in making cold calls and engaging with senior executives on a daily basis.

As a Global Speaker Relations Associate you will play a dynamic role engaging with Vice President and Director level executives of large, global organisations and offer invitations to facilitate a small breakout conversation at our unique global events. You will be working towards driving further commercial success across our entire portfolio of international conferences and networking events by ensuring the content is relevant for all participants.
The Role:
Identifying potential facilitators, by using LinkedIn, following industry news, networking, current affairs and other business sources
Engaging with delegates such as CxO's, Vice President and Director level executives via telephone, email and Linkedin to understand what is top of mind and how this can be built into the agenda
Building relationships with potential facilitators to grow your own portfolio of clientele
Taking ownership of the speaker sales process, including building and managing pipelines
Meeting and exceeding sales targets including weekly KPIs
Responsible for the whole customer journey from initial outreach, to after the event and providing feedback on the facilitated discussion
Person Specification:
Commercially minded and hungry for a successful career in sales (Sales experience is essential)
A strong communicator with telephone experience
Target driven, taking initiative and having an entrepreneurial spirit
Enthusiastic and energetic
Agile and adaptable
To work independently, as well as part of a close-knit team
