What You'll Do:Commerce media advertising is evolving and at Criteo, the Marketing and Communications team is at the forefront of this exciting space. As the Social Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our external communications strategy for organic social media. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is passionate about digital marketing with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling content, engaging with our community, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various social channels. They will also be responsible for ownership of the end-to-end campaign process, from ideation to content creation, copywriting and measuring results. What you’ll do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Plan, create, and publish engaging B2B content across social media platforms with a special focus on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Define and lead the daily operations of an efficient social media execution process that unites diverse global teams with unique needs and goals. Monitor and analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize content performance and inform future strategies. Foster meaningful interactions with our social community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices in social media marketing and community management. Who You Are:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a global or multi-market environment. B2B experience preferred. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a high proficiency in English for all communications. Adaptable to write in Criteo’s brand voice across varying topics in advertising, technology, leadership, and more. A self-starter spirit that not only gets things done but also eases and improves the process. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Experience with Emplifi, Canva and/or ClickUp, not required, but a plus. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of paid social for effective campaign planning.
