Global Product Marketing Manager required for an industry leading medical device manufacturer during an exciting period of investment and growth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional looking to play an integral role in marketing products on a global scale as the company expand their existing portfolio and penetrate new markets.
To apply for this role, you will need proven marketing experience and will have worked with product management / marketing. You will ideally hold a degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related subject.
Reporting into the Director of Marketing, the Global Product Marketing Manager will work within a small team and will focus on marketing the company’s products internationally. The company’s existing portfolio has been very B2B focused, however with growth in their portfolio, they are now looking to market directly to consumers. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategy development for this.
The role is based from the company’s office in Tredegar however there is a small element of travel involved. This will involve attending exhibitions, meeting customers, and visiting sales offices internationally when required.
The Global Product Marketing Manager Role:
· Development and marketing of new products on an international scale

· Develop strategic plans for portfolio growth with market insight, relating to product or brand

· Identify market and customer led opportunities

· Support the development of clinical marketing plans

· Monitor effectiveness of campaigns
· Develop product Roadmap with the R&D team to ensure pipelines remain aligned to strategy
· Plan and manage internal product launches
· Develop and maintain materials such as clinical aids, digital sales aids, website content, launch packets etc.
· Work with Clinical Nurse Advisor to support clinical and educational market
· Attend trade shows
The Global Product Marketing Manager Candidate:
· Marketing professional with experience of product marketing
· Any industry background – medical devices advantageous but not essential
· Hold a degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or similar
· Able to work and influence cross functional teams
· Plan, organise and balance workload, ensuring deadlines are met
· Confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders
