Award-winning Energy powerhouse is investing heavily into their renewable energy programs, resulting in the expansion of their procurement unit in this space. With a significant pipeline of projects across areas such as green hydrogen and electric vehicle programs, they plan to continue their push as a market leader in renewables, with exciting growth targets to increase their market share by 2030.

They're seeking a procurement leader with strong experience in industrial gases, working with refineries operations and terminals, to lead on key projects across Hydrogen and industrial/natural gases, with line management of two high performers.

As a Global Procurement Leader - Renewable Energy Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Within a newly created role, work closely with the wider team to determine and implement procurement strategy across industrial/natural gases.
• Establish and lead supplier interactions, effectively cultivating long term relationships that drive performance.
• Drive strong communication channels across the business, to create strong stakeholder engagement across cross-functional business units.
• Effectively manage and motivate two strong team members.

Key skills Required:

• An excellent procurement background with strong knowledge of developing category strategies across industrial gases and green energy.
• Strong experience in industrial gases is required, either from customer or supplier side
• Relevant industry experience, likely from oil & gas, chemicals, utilities, or broader energy
• Excellent leadership skills, with a CV that demonstrates achievements and progression.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to demonstrate effective stakeholder engagement.
