Global Payroll Manager – £60,000 – £70,000 – London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name in financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Manager to join the firm on a permanent basis.
Our client is offering hybrid working (3 days in the office 2 from home)
Office working hours 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Oversee the team’s timely and accurate payroll processing across multiple countries.
Ensure adherence to all relevant payroll and tax regulations, including PSA, P11D, P60, and international equivalents.
Lead payroll system upgrades and implementations, selecting technologies and rolling out best practice processes.
Provide guidance on complex payroll issues, such as termination payments, benefits, and statutory payments.
Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers.
Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles to comprehend payroll’s impact on financial statements, supporting the Finance team’s reporting needs.
Collaborate with HR to monitor headcount relative to budget and enhance the benefits package throughout the organisation.
Skills required:
International payroll knowledge.
Strong excel
