Job Purpose
As the Global Marketing Manager for Olivia Burton, your initial remit will be on the management of three distinct areas:
Support and manage the marketing planning for Olivia Burton in the UK and key international markets in line with the objectives and overarching strategy for the brand Build and execute campaigns for our flagship store in Covent Garden to drive growth and customer acquisition Identify and foster strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that enhances our brand's value, gravitas and visibility within the UK market

Responsibilities
Inspire and influence the creation of an exciting 12 month rolling brand calendar for the UK and all key international markets in conjunction with the brand's Head of Marketing Develop and execute engaging and innovative marketing campaigns for the Olivia Burton brand globally to increase brand awareness, affinity and customer acquisition. Work closely, collaboratively and cross-functionally with key teams and stakeholders within Olivia Burton and Movado Group Identify and secure mutually beneficial partnerships with relevant brands, charities and KOLs Acting as the central point of contact, encourage innovative creative thinking and mentor international teams to ensure that local plans are developed that drive brand visibility, sales and growth in line with the overarching strategy and growth targets Lead, inspire and deliver an exciting rolling 12 month calendar of activity that drives sustainable and profitable growth for the Covent Garden flagship store and surprises & delights our customers Be the brand guardian ensuring brand proposition, values and personality are at the forefront of all activity globally and the brand guidelines are maintained across all channels and all markets Collaborate with the Marketing Manager (Social & Digital) to ensure the timely delivery of all brand communication and collateral Be the day to day contact with key agency partners (including PR and Covent Garden (Shaftesbury Capital) Marketing Team) to ensure deliver of all KPIs Ensure that all projects managed are delivered within the agreed budget Keep up to date on emerging market trends and competitor activity to ensure that the brand remains top of mind for our consumers - sharing best practise with the wider team Regular reporting and sharing insights with wider teams to ensure ongoing optimisation of activities.
Skills Required
Graduate in marketing, communication or related field with 5+ years experience in marketing, campaign and event management as well as partnership marketing Previous experience dealing with international distributors and partners is preferred Category experience in fashion, beauty or a related consumer products sector Creative thinker with an excellent eye for detail and a proven history of omnichannel campaign management delivery Ability to build relationships with ease and lead, motivate and manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication and influencing skills Finger on the pulse of retail trends and innovative brand activations Comfortable working in an international / matrix organisation Confident balancing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work Flexible, resilient and able to work at pace. Enthusiastic, highly motivated with a can-do attitude Commercially astute and pragmatic Strong analytical skills Curious, passionate and solution-oriented Ambitious, hungry to learn and take on increasing responsibilities Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite Key Success Measures
