You will be responsible for developing and improving the client experience through best practices and creating streamlined processes for a superior level of service delivery.This role will be well suited to a candidate who is experienced with managing corporate clients, coordinating immigration across multiple countries, excels in continuous improvement, process and data inspection, and has a proven record in successfully growing and designing new programs and capabilities with the client experience at the forefront.ResponsibilitiesImplement a structure and process for managing a portfolio of complex immigration projects and requestsManage and mentor an existing team, providing expert immigration support to international clients and their employeesIdentify global industry trends and develop targeted program-level goals and initiativesDraft and finalise proposals and tenders, working together with the business development teams to secure incoming opportunitiesConduct independent research and interpretation of processes and policies from both internal and external sources in ambiguous circumstancesPartner with our global network to deliver smarter, more efficient processes to deliver high-quality global immigration servicesBuild performance measurement and assessment tools/reporting to assess the quality of advice and deliveryImplement regular reviews of current processes to ensure ongoing compliance, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and lead continuous improvement initiativesRequirements5 years of experience managing immigration or global relocation requestsBachelor’s or master’s degree in management, HR, business , or law preferred (extensive, directly relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)Track record in managing high-volume immigration programs and improving operational efficiency and customer satisfactionTrack record in building strong networks/ relationships with internal and external leaders and implementing strategies in matrixed environmentsSolid sense of accountability and sound personal judgmentStrong team player with people management experience, leading and managing a teamThe successful applicantTo be successful in this role you will fundamentally be able to deliver on global immigration requests and put a concise structure in place. This is a multifaceted role in an exceptionally fast paced organisation, you will know how to prioritise and be able to vary your style to meet the different demands of the role. This includes managing a high volume of requests, leading a team, providing operational support, partner management, performance management and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
