You will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring a globally dispersed Talent Acquisition team and enabling Bumble’s growth through exceptional talent attraction, recruitment, assessment and selection.What you’ll doLead 11-person recruiting team.Partner with our senior teams to solve complex hiring needs, leveraging “buy, build, borrow” and redeploy strategies to meet the talent needs of an iconic global company.Scale existing talent acquisition technology stack, ensuring efficiency, access to data and insights and excellent experiences for candidates, hiring managers and other key stakeholders.Provide insight and direction in attracting diverse, engaged and top tier talent to BumblePartner with other Talent stakeholders to build a global, multifaceted employer brand strategy.Partner with functional leaders and colleagues across the people and culture teams to conduct workforce planning, identify talent trends and develop recruiting strategies and plans to support hiring requirements.Own Talent Acquisition operations focused on process improvement, scalability and impact.Lead a diverse team of international talent acquisition professionals, providing clarity and prioritisation, day-to-day coaching and mentoring and strong career development.Serve as a key member of an integrated talent centre of expertise, partnering with Talent Development, HR Business partnering, Total Rewards, HR Ops & Employee Experience to design and drive integrated talent programs & initiatives (e.g. onboarding, manager training and more).What you’ll need:Proven team leadership, developing and empowering a team of globally distributed senior recruiters.A successful track record of developing and executing global talent strategies that solve complex business needs, utilising data analytics, market/labour context, etc.Expertise in building strong cross-functional and external partnerships to drive outcomes (e.g. partnerships across Talent Development and Internal communications as internal partners, deep experience with external vendor management, etc.)Experience creating productive and collaborative partnership with business stakeholdersExperience with successful development/build out of talent acquisition capabilities, including platforms, process redesign, brand development, tech enhancements and more.Strong people management, coaching, and development skills; commitment to developing team members.Success in working with all levels, including c-level teams on talent acquisition strategy, plans/initiatives and investmentsExperience with executive recruiting within an organisation is desired.Experience in tech is highly preferred.About you:You are deeply passionate about Bumble’s brand, mission and values.You are an exceptional critical thinker that can partner within and outside of your organisation to bring sustainable, scalable solutions.You empower and inspire your team, giving them the clarity and autonomy to do their best work.
