This role involves collaborating with key internal stakeholders, senior management, and vendors to align trading technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring the delivery of innovative, efficient, and compliant trading solutions across the globe. Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for leveraging the CRD OMS across global trading and compliance functions, aligning with the firm's business objectives and regulatory requirements.Manage the budget related to the CRD OMS, including licensing, customization, and support costs. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with Charles River Development and other vendors.Develop the OMS product roadmap in partnership with vendors, key stakeholders in the business and technologyBuild and lead a team of CRD OMS specialists, including product owners, developers, analysts, and support specialists. reimbursement and moreAll-inclusive approach to Diversity, Equity and InclusionMaternal/paternal leave benefits and family servicesComplimentary subscription to Headspace – the mindfulness appAll employee events including networking opportunities and social activitiesLunch allowance for use within our subsidized onsite canteenMust have skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.Extensive experience in technology leadership within the financial services industry, with specific expertise in the Charles River Development OMS.Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Cash Management and Portfolio AccountingDeep understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and compliance regulations.Proven track record in managing and optimizing CRD OMS in a global investment firm.Strong leadership, communication, and product management skills.Strategic thinker with a solid technical background and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.Demonstrated experience implementing and upgrade facilitation of enterprise, global systemsExperience with software development life cycle and systems integrationKnowledge of product management best practicesExcellent communication and facilitation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiencesBroad understanding of Buy Side Order Management Systems, Front and Middle Office servicesFinancial Management and oversight of cloud vendor managed servicesNice to have skillsExperience of Azure or other cloud platforms.Experience of micro-service development and API developmentBackground in Product Management and Agile delivery methodologiesDegree educated in mathematics or
scientific/engineering
