The Role
As the Global Head of HR, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals across all regional offices, including the UK, Poland, India, and the USA. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will collaborate closely with local Senior HR Business Partners to enhance HR functions and drive organisational success. Your role will focus on crafting and implementing comprehensive HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will also be responsible for managing our HR teams in each of our offices and ensuring that our HR practices are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive HR strategy across all global offices
Foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels heard, appreciated, and part of the team
Supervise and coordinate HR activities in collaboration with local Senior HR Business Partners
Ensure compliance with local and international HR policies and regulations
Lead organisational change initiatives
Drive efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development across all locations
Design and execute internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged with company updates, initiatives, and events
Develop content for internal newsletters, announcements, and presentations that promote a unified corporate culture,
Partner with Marketing and PR teams to align internal and external messaging
Implement feedback mechanisms and surveys to assess employee sentiment and make data-driven decisions to improve employee experience
Implement innovative talent management and development programs Monitor key HR metrics and use data to drive decision-making and process improvements
Requirements
10+ years of proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the IT or Consulting industry
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent understanding of IT and consulting industry specifics
Demonstrable success in managing HR functions across multiple international locations
Strong understanding of various employment laws (with focus on UK and Polish) and HR best practices on a global scale, ideally
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR and communication strategies
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve complex organisational challenges
Highly collaborative with a talent for building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation
Experience with selecting and implementing HRIS systems, performance management tools, and employee engagement platforms
Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Adaptable and culturally sensitive, with a deep understanding of diverse workforce dynamics
