Spanning Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure, across self-managed, high-speed networks to transfer large amounts of production content, the Technology services provided need to be ‘always-on’ and deliver continuous transformation of our global estate. Our highly skilled team of engineers, administrators, analysts, developers and project managers are responsible for a wide array of bespoke and industry standard tools, providing our clients with the most efficient and innovative technologies in our sector.What does the Global Head of Enterprise Solutions do at Hogarth?As the Global Head of Enterprise Solutions at Hogarth, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development, implementation, and management of enterprise solutions critical to the success of Hogarth’s operations worldwide. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Technology Services & Engineering, you will oversee a portfolio of solutions encompassing work management, resource management, asset management, client experience portals, review & approval, and platform integration and orchestration. Your strategic vision, leadership, and collaboration with executive management will be instrumental in driving innovation, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences across our organisation..Reporting lines and key stakeholdersThis role reports to the Global Head of Technology Strategy & EngineeringResponsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for enterprise products and services aligned with Hogarth's business objectives and growth initiatives.Product Management: Lead the full lifecycle management of enterprise solutions, including ideation, prioritization, development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including executive management, to understand business requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals.Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of product managers and solutions architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production Engineering, Software Engineering, DevSecOps, production, operations, and client services to ensure seamless integration of enterprise solutions and maximize their impact on business outcomes.International Operations: Manage globally dispersed teams and ensure consistency and alignment of enterprise solutions across different regions and business units.Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions and adherence to service level agreements.Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of enterprise products and services, and drive continuous optimisation and improvement efforts.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with enterprise solutions, and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard data integrity, security, and compliance.RequirementsProven track record in enterprise application and product management, technology leadership, or related roles, with significant experience in enterprise solutions and services, ideally with production company or related field.Demonstrable experience in media production or media & entertainmentHighly experience in asset management, storage and networkingDemonstrable experience building or managing workloads in the cloudStrong management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive management.Demonstrated experience in defining and executing strategic initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business results.Experience working with international teams and managing complex, global projects with diverse stakeholders.Deep understanding of enterprise software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in enterprise solutions and services.Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and navigate through ambiguity to deliver results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to decision-making.Diversity & InclusionHogarth is an equal-opportunity employer. That means we believe in creating a truly inclusive culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion for everyone through our ideas, our people, how we behave and how we conduct ourselves.
