Job Title: Global Head of Client & Technology Solutions
Location: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Belfast
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Purpose of the role:
A Senior leader within the Technology Services team, the Global Head of Client & Technology Solutions is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of innovative products, solutions and services across the business, and driving value and ROI from the existing suite.
This is a pivotal role in driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence within the business. Responsibilities will span both technical leadership and senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management, collaborating closely with senior partners, staff, and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance legal services and adapt to the evolving landscape.
This is a customer and client facing role and requires the individual to directly engage and embed themselves within many areas of the business. They will work with senior stakeholders on strategic thinking, technology trends and options, and jointly evolve key themes and strategies which enable the firm to capitalise on existing solutions to drive greater relevance and adoption, as well as emerging tech opportunities as we leverage disruption in the legal sector.

This role will have responsibility for the product & solutions delivery, product services and product engineering teams.
Candidate Overview:
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
Proven high performing Leader, focused on client and customer outcomes.
Experience of building high performing teams oriented around excellent delivery and service.
Proven track record of delivering in sectors and businesses which rely on high levels of customer engagement and success e.g. consumer goods, professional services, retail etc.
Proven track record of success in a senior technology leadership role.
Experience of developing and servicing products and solutions that deliver excellent customer experience, engagement and satisfaction.
Experience in delivering services and technology leverage competitive advantage through tech enabled business change.
Proven track record of creating and leading engineering teams across a range of development capabilities and platforms.
Experience in leading support functions which deliver high quality products and outcomes.
Implementation of continuous improvement models, business partnering and flexible sourcing.
Ability to define what customer success looks like and orient the team around the key factors which deliver this.
Technical expertise across software development/engineering, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Experience of running outsourced/offshore models.
Experience in spotting and implementing emerging technology to deliver innovative solutions.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and quantify both ROI and revenue growth opportunities through the utilisation of tech and the accompanying efficiencies and business change opportunities.
Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
Experience of rationalising approaches, solutions and tools to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
Experience of creating and leading testing teams and solutions that avail of the latest approaches and thinking to improve quality of products and speed to delivery.
Engaging, empathetic and ambitious leader with a track record of delivering customer solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualification:
Degree in Computer Science, Technical, Maths, Science or Law or equivalent experience required.
5 years’ experience in a technology leadership role e.g. IT Director, CTO, CIO
