Global Financial Controller

Investigo is partnering with a global PE firm in their search for a number two to the CFO to lead on the development and roll out of an international financial control structure. This role will be responsible for the creation, implementation and roll out of a financial control process to span across multiple international entities across US and EMEA regions. Converting and improving the current processes which differ slightly from region to region (5 in total). This role would suit a hands on Financial Controller who is passionate about creating efficiencies and enjoys influencing business areas - the role will be very business facing and will rely on strong relationship building skills in order to understand the "why" behind current processes to then make to needed improvements. This role will work directly with the CFO and will offer a fantastic mentor-ship opportunity. There is genuine progression in this firm as they look to grow and scale up their business. Must haves for this role: Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA Accountant with 5+ year post qualified experience Demonstrable experience of hands on financial control and proven track record in making process improvementsExperience working with international / global entities A background in PE or VC would be advanteagouse but any other financial services experience will also be welcomed Experience working with regulated entities / FCA returns To find out more, please reach out to Cheryl Aust at Investigo in confidence.
