Global Director of People - Operations

Our client, a global partner for the delivery of education and cultural relations between the UK and the world to promote peace, harmony, and understanding, would like to engage a Global Director of People Solutions. This role will support their People Operations Globally post-transformation. You will have responsibility for MENA, APAC, and the Americas and support the delivery of HR Operations including the COE and Shared Service Function. Experience globally with Shared Services, change, and transformation within a complex matrix organization is essential, in addition to working with 3rd party providers to deliver services.
This hybrid role could be based in London, Belfast, Manchester, Edinburgh, or Cardiff.
