Global Digital Operations Director

PHD Global has an exciting opportunity for a talented digital media lead the operational roll out of a new global digital operating model for one of our prestige PHD Worldwide clients’, Diageo.
The Digital Operations Director will oversee global digital governance and global enablement deliverables. Ensuring a new governance process is setup to deliver systematic and enterprise level change across 60+ markets. And be responsible for ensuring enablement resources are focused on the right initiatives to drive in market KPI growth.
Responsible for building a new global governance program on the back of existing media and data operations infrastructure and establishing the consistent local application of new automated tools. This individual will have a strong understanding of ad tech, taxonomy, dashboarding and digital buying platforms as well as how to navigate and influence a global agency and client operation.
This digital leadership role, reporting to the Global Head of Digital & Data for Diageo, requires an individual with a strong degree of operational excellence. They will understand which levers are driving the greatest degree of progress against Diageo’s transformation agenda. Prioritising the global OMG team’s enablement focus across data led planning, digital platforms, and data activation, whilst also collaborating closely with regional teams to do the same.
The Global Digital Operations Director will collaborate within the existing operations infrastructure to stand up the new transformation program. There will also be project-based resources aiding in the initial development of governance dashboards, setting up new governance technologies and defining the process for capturing efficiencies.
