In this role, you’ll be partnering with the VP of Reward to support the deployment of a variety of projects related to job leveling, Performance Management, Benefits and Workday..
What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a strategic partner to ensure that all compensation programs align with the strategic goals of the company and support driving a high-performance culture by rewarding and attracting top talent.
Lead the planning, design, implementation, and administration of all compensation programs to maintain organizational objectives and a competitive position in the marketplace including executive compensation.
Leverage previous experience in creating/refining job architecture and build job levelling methodology that underpins Getir’s People philosophy.
Oversee the development of incentive plans for the organization, ensuring that they are designed to drive employee performance in line with business objectives, are market competitive, legally sound and managed/administered accurately and effectively.
Manage the equity administration program including process oversight for equity awards to new hires and refresh grants to existing employees ensuring data accuracy.
Develop communications channels and collateral to drive maximum value of pay programs which inform employees and candidates of the value in the different compensation vehicles offered.
Work with internal stakeholders including the Talent Attraction team, People Business Partner team, Finance, and the People Systems team to meet company hiring, retention and financial goals.
Lead creating company’s Compensation intranet page encompassing our compensation philosophy as well as other procedural documents.
What You’ll Bring
You Will Have:
Strong experience in Global Compensation and Benefits with a focus on innovative, fast-growing workforce; preferably gained in matrix or scale up organization.
Experience in design and implementation of compensation structures across multiple geographies.
Experience in design and implementation of compensation structures across multiple geographies
People builder and developer of talent; excellent and inspirational manager of team members
Advanced competency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience with/exposure to Workday
Experience working in a Start-up/Scale-up environment
