We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Control Manager to join our Global Asset Safety Oversight team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom - HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage a specialised team responsible for supporting Operations and Lines of Business with adherence to regulatory and policy requirements in relation to the safety of client assets.
Manage the performance of assigned staff, coach team members and provide guidance on project management.
Manage the CASS Operations performed in relation to the CMAR, Asset Shortfalls and Client Money.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred. Management and leadership experience is preferred, as well as knowledge and understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry required.
