Job DescriptionThis is an amazing opportunity to progress your Affiliate and Influencer skills within an extremely popular Lifestyle Heritage Brand. You will lead an exciting new Creator/Influencer marketing programme, as well as manager the affiliate programme.The role will be instrumental in spearheading and promoting the newly launched Influencer program. Working closely with the Head of Community, ensuring the Brand is harnessing the relationships for existing Brand Advocates. Whilst working with a broad range of content creators to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.As this is a new role, there is close collaboration across internal teams such as Ecom, Product, Performance Marketing, PR & Partnership to ensure seamless operation. You will closely engage with third parties including the affiliate networks, technology providers, and content creators/influencers.In addition, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the affiliate channel with the remit of driving efficient growth through this channel on a CPA basis via new and existing affiliate partners including Lyst, Shopstyle, Skimlinks and more. You will be responsible for both the UK and US markets, as well as further markets worldwide.The successful candidate should have relevant proven experience in a scale-up online consumer business, ideally a marketplace, and will be experienced in managing an affiliate marketing channel. You will be confident in handling not only the operations, reporting and data behind an affiliate program, but also in building and managing personal relationships. The successful candidate should have an interest in further developing their experience in this new role, taking the opportunity to help develop and grow a new type of influencer program within a rapidly growing and innovative scale-up business.Your primary goal will be to foster efficient and sustainable growth through affiliate and influencer marketing, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Key Responsibilities:• Work cross-functionally to help develop, grow and champion a new influencer program, including working collaboratively with other teams to help iterate and grow the functionality and features of this new channel, and help recruit influencers onto the program• Manage and grow the affiliate marketing channel, including the planning, implementation and measuring of affiliate marketing campaigns and the identification of new affiliates to recruit onto the program• Monitor and track performance across the influencer and affiliate channels, including through the weekly audit of performance, applying disapprovals, setting commission rates, running reports and sharing results• Develop and grow relationships both with existing affiliate partners and new influencer partners in collaboration with our PR & Partnerships team; keep these partners actively engaged and motivated through ongoing communication, sharing relevant new content and codes with them on a regular basis via email newsletters• Support the PR & Partnerships team with the gifting or loan of items to influencers to promote on their channels as part of the program, including tracking and reporting on this• Resolve technical issues with product feeds, tracking and/or program functionality, collaborating with Product & Engineering as required to further enhance performance, and working with wider teams to help ensure the smooth operation and administration of the programs• Collaborate with the wider marketing teams to help execute consistent campaigns across the influencer and affiliate channels in both the UK and US markets.Who you are:• Commercial acumen and highly numerate, with confidence in communicating and relationship building in order to support the sustained growth of affiliate and influencer programs• A self-starter, able to define and execute plans• Excellent written and verbal communication• Attention to detail• Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownershipThe company offer a hybrid working environment and excellent salary / benefit package plus a strong career path.
