As we expand our presence in the German market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional manager to be a part of our team.
Job Summary:
As a Regional Manager for all products wires in the German market, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the German automotive, Medical, Industrial markets including market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers in the automotive sector, including OEMs, suppliers, and distributors.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and secure repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our cables and assemblies, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Feedback: Provide valuable market feedback and insights to the product development team to drive continuous product improvement.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will live in UK within 30 min commute of L40 or Germany. Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in selling industrial products to the automotive sector.
Strong understanding of wires and cables, automotive industry dynamics, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
