Brook Street is working with a growing client in the insurance industry that is seeking a German-speaking customer service advisor.

Main duties:

  • To answer queries from customers and record information.
  • To ensure all information is correct and accurate.
  • To manage call volumes effectively.
  • To maintain and effective working relationship with staff and customers.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

German Speaker
