Job Description



We have an excellent new job opportunity for a German speaking Sales Account Manager to join a leading and well established global technology brand to develop sales with their IT reseller and channel partners in the DACH countries.
LOCATION

Office location of Sunbury (south west of London) 1-2 days a week and remote home work also (a hybrid role) available�

THE JOB

In order to develop business sales of their full product range to IT business partners in the DACH countries, they wish to hire a German speaking Sales Account Manager. You job will be to provide sales support to, and to manage relationships and maintain customer satisfaction at all times with, distribution and assembler customers in the DACH countries. You will also develop business with existing customers through supporting Business Development Manager (BDM) efforts, conduct customer business reviews, make recommendations to management for business, process and procedure development.



Typical job responsibilities:






  • To pro-actively manage and develop business in the DACH countries, and backup for other countries may be required, through account management

  • Manage customer accounts by quoting and negotiating prices, processing orders, and estimating and managing deliveries based on knowledge of stock, production and delivery schedules.

  • Communicate with customers on a frequent and professional basis to secure orders and to provide product information and general customer service.

  • To anticipate and develop plans, which reflect the future needs of the customer

  • Support the relevant Business Development Managers in the field at all times





CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS




  • Fluency in German and� English is essential. Fluent in any other European languages is an advantage but not essential

  • Experience in sales / account management / customer services.

  • Experience of working in IT or technology industry would be an advantage but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organisational, skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines





SALARY

�30,000 - �32,000 + bonus (15-20%, up to �4,600), in addition to the performance being assessed against individually agreed quarterly objectives, which can contribute up to 10% of base salary, paid each quarter.��+ excellent benefits including:
24 days holiday increasing after service PLUS up to 8 Bank Holidays a year

Pension after two months - 6% contribution from the company
