German & Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Our client are currently recruiting for a German & Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to work for an excellent company based in Central Cambridge. It’s a great opportunity to join a fantastic company who are looking to grow their team. The role is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.

Typical duties include:

* Ensuring that all customer queries are effectively resolved

* Contacting customers to update them on their orders

* Administrative duties centred around the processing of orders

* Offering recommendations and product alternatives to established customers when required

* Accurate data entry into the salesforce system

The Successful Candidate:

* Written and spoken fluency in German & Polish essential

* Experience in a customer orientated position

* Good problem-solving skills

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Tech-savvy & proficient with MS Office products
