German Customer Service Agent

We have an opportunity for a fluent German speaker to join a multilingual team as a customer service and claims advisor, handling inbound business to business queries from Germany for a rapidly expanding company.This is a great company to work for, which offers excellent training and potential for career progression across the business. The salary is up to £24,300 pa.This hybrid role is based in Newport, but you would be able to work from home for 3 days a week after training.The Role:Providing excellent customer service on the phone and by email in a regulated environment.• Being the first point of contact for German speaking business clients• Liaising with other companies and underwriters in Germany and the UK• Dealing with incoming enquiries and correspondence for quotations and claims from Germany• Compiling case information and updating the internal diary system• Prioritising your daily workload and escalating any issues to the senior management teamThe Candidate:• Have fluent written and spoken German and fluent English skills• Have a professional manner both verbal and written• Have some office experience (Customer Service or Insurance experience is not necessary)?LocationThe company is based in a business park between Newport and Cardiff with easy access from the M4 and is commutable from Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Chepstow, Monmouth and the M4.
