Job Description:
As a Geotechnical Engineer at the company, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of responsibilities, primarily focused on the inspection and stabilisation of rock and soil slopes. Key duties will include inspecting rock faces, slopes, and retaining walls, both on foot and using ropes with the guidance of an experienced rope access supervisor. Training in IRATA rope access will be provided. You will also visit ongoing slope stabilisation projects to ensure construction aligns with design specifications, assist with marking out and problem-solving on site, review existing designs to find cost-saving solutions, and prepare quotations, inspection reports, and outline design solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar geotechnical engineering role.
• Practical experience in inspecting rock and soil slopes.
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related subject (essential).
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Full, clean driving license (essential).
