Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: LN8
Start: Immediate
Duration: Long-term, with potential for permanent placement
Work hours: Monday to Friday 8.30-15.30
Requirements:
* At least 6 months work experience in UK schools
* Thorough and solid understanding of the UK curriculum for KS2 in both Maths and English
* Show initiative and ability to engage with pupils
* Ability to lead small intervention groups
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
