Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for a General Practitioner to join our dedicated medical team at St Christophers for 2 sessions per week on a fixed term contract for one year. St Christophers recognises the unique skill set that a General Practitioner brings to our diverse team enabling us to develop seamless services between Primary Care and those of Specialist Palliative Care
The post holder will be based in our community teams supporting their work in addition to providing support to Care Homes whilst gaining experience in the broad range of specialist palliative care for patients with malignant and non-malignant conditions. As part of the multi-professional team, they will give medical support to manage patients through the virtual ward model of care.
Applicants must be fully registered with the General Medical Council.
