Job Title: General Practitioner Location: NewcastleSalary: £90,000 - £120,000Job Type: PermanentAbout the Role:We are currently recruiting for a General Practitioner (GP) to join a well-established primary care practice. As a GP, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals and families in the community. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and utilize your clinical expertise to diagnose and manage a diverse range of medical conditions.Duties will include:•
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care•
Manage acute and chronic health conditions, conduct routine health screenings, and provide preventive care interventions.•
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on evidence-based practice guidelines and patient preferences.•
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, promote wellness, and optimize patient outcome•
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards•
