Purpose of the role
Carnsew Quarry (part of the Colas Ltd Group) is a quarrying business based near Falmouth, in Cornwall. We now have a requirement for an experienced GeneralPlant Operator to join the team, offering a competitive salary and employee benefits.
Main Responsibilities
The main element of the role is to drive quarry mobile plant, you will work in compliance with the requirements of the Quarry Regulations 1999, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974,statutory obligations, company instructions, Managers Rules and safe working practices. Youll also maintain excellent personal skills and manage daily health, safety, and environmental impacts to the highest standard.
