Look no further - we have the perfect job for you. We are currently hiring General Operators for day shift.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a general operative, ideally Manufacturing background working in a Production Environment but this is not essential.
Responsibilities will include the following:

• Working in manufacturing producing small polyurethane bushes
• It requires using a dispensing machine and some systems are mixed by hand.
• The process requires a keen eye, good numerical intellect and an ability to work under pressure within a small team.
• The trimming off of excess polyurethane off hand cast bushes
• Trimming will be required to be done by various cutting methods i.e. Stanley knives, scissors, and small pneumatically powered small grind stones.
• You will be responsible for ensuring correct quantities and types of bushes are prepared each day.
• You will be responsible for keeping records of your output as each bush is completed.

About you
The ideal candidate for this role will be upbeat, self-motivated, and happy to work alone as well as part of a team. Some previous experience as general operative roles would be ideal but not essential. Our ideal general Operative will have a good understanding of English.
