General Operative / Counterbalance Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled General Operative with Forklift Counterbalance experience to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating machinery, feeding plastic products into machines, pre-cleaning products, wrapping pallets, operating forklifts, and assisting with general labouring tasks. This position may involve some heavy lifting, so physical fitness and stamina are essential.

**Working Hours:**

NO WEEKENDS !

- Days: 5:45am - 2pm (Monday to Friday)

- Afternoon: 1:45pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday)

(Note: Shift rotation basis)

**Pay Rate:**

Mornings @ �12.20 / hr - including shift allowance

Afternoon @ �12.97 / hr - including shift allowance

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring the smooth production process.

- Feed plastic products into machines according to production requirements.

- Pre-clean products to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

- Wrap pallets securely to prepare them for storage or shipment.

- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse.

- Assist with general laboring works as needed, including but not limited to, loading and unloading goods, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Previous experience as a General Operative in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
